Dear colleagues!

We invite you to take part in the work of the international conference with elements of scientific school for youth “International university of an intentor: training of inventive and rationalization skills” which is organized by financial support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.
At the Conference there will be presented  reports of leading Russian and Korean specialists in the area of Theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ); there will be represented the experience of new inventive techniques application in technical and humanitarian areas of human activity including the development of leading business-processes and technologies in industry and business.
The participants of the conference will be the Administration of Irkutsk region, leading regional scientific, educational and production organizations.
The Conference will take place in September 09, 2010 at Irkutsk State Technical University (Irkutsk city). For participation in the event we invite young scientists (including bachelor, master and postgraduate students) as well as leading scientists and enterprise specialists who want to get acquainted with the theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ), and experience and prospects of its practical application as well.

GUIDELINES FOR CONFERENCE PARTICIPATION

To take part in the conference please forward to the E-mail address of the organizing committee the following documents up to August 05, 2010:
1. Filled in registration form.
2. Paper processed according to the mentioned guidelines. Using the conference web-site http://conf.istu.edu/triz it is also possible to register on-line and upload the paper.
3. The scanned copy of the expertise certificate of your organization giving the right to publish your paper in the open press.
Modes of conference participation are direct and by correspondence.
Participation in the conference is free of charge. Publication of papers and supply with conference materials is free of cost as well. All transportation, accommodation costs and living allowance are born by each participant by him/herself.
Conference results will be published in the journal and address the following issues:

• Contemporary state of the Theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ).
• Best practices of TRIZ application by industrial problem solving.
• Application of value analysis by solving of problems of industry and business modernization.
• «Economical production», rationalization activity, «quality circles».
• System of TRIZ specialists training and establishment of innovative enterprises:

- training of specialist of initial level;
- training of experts;
- training of professional working groups of innovators;
- up-to-date educational technologies of distance learning in creativeness.

• Innovative project management and invention application. Encouragement of innovative activity at enterprises.

• Software for professional inventive activity support.

GUIDELINES FOR PUBLICATIONS

Papers should be submitted electronically in MS Word format and by printing should be not less that 3 and not more than 8 pages of A4 format with figures and tables. Margins are as follows: upper 2,5 cm, bottom 2,5 cm, left 2 cm, right 2 cm. Font is Times New Roman with type size 12, single vertical spacing and automatic hyphen.  
The file with the paper is recommended to be named after the surname of the first author in Roman characters (for example: Ivanov.doc). The paper should look as follows:
